A young architect becomes possessed by a demon, who wades with her in a sea of blood and promises eternal devotion. In return, Amanda's demonic activities begin with taking up smoking and end with murder. Tortured by the possession, Amanda tries to get someone to help her. But the world seems to be populated with nothing but demons. In the end, the difference between demons and humans, sanity and insanity, seems irrelevant.
